Updated: Remember "SW Geek Hub", that stalker who accused me of bigotry?

Last month the operator of the "SW Geek Hub" group on Facebook went up and down the Intertubes accusing me of bigotry, because I refuse to endorse and condone the LGBT agenda.  I called him out on it, told him that he was being the true fascist in this matter.  Here is the post I made then about it, which attracted the attention of probably no more than ten or so of his "mates", who also joined in with their disdain for my refusing to join the forces of "Pride".  I left their comments up. I want the world to see what kind of ugliness rests beneath the velvet glove of "tolerance" and "diversity".

This person made all the accusations.  He claimed moral superiority.  "SW Geek Hub" has a history of attacking anyone who doesn't measure up to his standards.  He has even "doxxed" the information about those who disagree with him and has done his best to have them fired from their jobs (at least twice he has succeeded) on the grounds that they are "bigots" and "haters".

But he never shows us his real name or his face.  He's too afraid to be identified.

(He didn't like it that I turned off unmoderated commenting on this blog.  He claims that I'm violating freedom of speech.  As I said on another post I approve the comments of anyone who has something legitimate to say, regardless of whether or not I agree with that person.  SW Geek Hub and his associates refused to do that, apparently they can not do that much.)

I don't like anonymous cowards who attack others and then run away without being confronted.

But "SW Geek Hub" isn't anonymous anymore.  I have come to know quite a bit about him.

A reader has provided plenty of information about "SW Geek Hub"...

His real name is Connor Heggie.  He's about age 34 or 35.  He lives in Newcastle upon Tyne in England.  Here is his Facebook page.

For all his ravings, he is really a very sad individual.  He has no one in his life apart from people down at "the pub" which includes Front Street Tap House and occasionally the Hobbit Pub, running trivia nights every week or so.  One of his Star Wars groups on Facebook was shut down for impersonating another page.  His only legitimate claim to fame is that he boasts of having nearly a thousand DVDs.  The SW Geek Hub page on Facebook itself is loaded with obscene material that Heggie posts.  It's certainly not a place for decent people.

At one point Connor Heggie claimed to have run for office himself.  Personally, I doubt it.  He comes across as too much a severe screaming nutcase.  He's especially fixated on finding "bigotry" and "fascism" among real Star Wars fans.

Our guy Connor will probably never know the love of someone special.  He will never write a book.  He will never direct or edit together a movie.  He will never truly see the world beyond his own small corner of it.  He will never know real beauty.

What's worst of all, he will probably never know God.  He harbors pathological hatred toward anyone who does believe in God.  He certainly tried to mock me for my own faith.

Maybe I'm wrong.  God has provided salvation to many people who we mortals would often think don't deserve it.  I know that I certainly don't deserve it.  If God could rescue me, then no one is beyond His forgiveness.

Why am I writing this?  Because Connor Heggie/"SW Geek Hub" has tried to slander and hurt a lot of people.  He's hidden behind his screen names, too afraid to come out and show the world his face.  I'm doing this because it's only fair to other people, that they will know who they are dealing with.  I don't like cowards, especially when they accuse others of things like "bigotry" with no rationale whatsoever, and going so far as to take away their livelihood.

I'm posting this so that others will be aware of who this bully really is.  And, like me, laugh even harder at him.

As I said in the original post, Connor Heggie aka "SW Geek Hub" seems to be someone who is oblivious and ignorant of the real fascism of his country.  England is becoming worse by the day, but he and too many others are too cowed by their government to do anything about it.  They will protest "I know my place guvnah!" all the way into complete totalitarianism.  And no amount of pop culture trivia will be enough to save him or his buddies down at the pub.

And now you know what I know, what I have learned.  A true coward is being exposed and given the same light upon him that that is cast upon others.

I'm certainly satisfied now.

EDIT 07/25/2026:  This post has certainly aroused a number of deviants and other nitwits.  Here is an image that a dear friend sent along today.  This and the Facebook post associated with it are a good assurance.  It could also be said that the reward for being an idiot is being surrounded by them.

Long story short, this lil' post has ignited a tempest in a teapot.  But some things have come up in discovery...

This whole thing started with me citing a four word phrase from the Bible.  That happened last month.  It then came to light that Heggie admitted that he had at least two people fired from their jobs.  Allegedly for using the "n-ger" and "f-g" slurs.

Which is already doubtful.  Very, very few people would be as idiotic as to use the "n" word on Facebook.  Especially on a page supposedly for Star Wars material.  What would be the point of such a thing?

It turns out that Heggie has a considerable record of accusing those who differ from him on social and political matters of being "bigots" and "racists" and "fascists".  He has been doing this for quite some time, without being held accountable for his claims.

Well, in the past few days I have engaged with Heggie and his associates in what could be called a good ol' fashioned flame war.  I know: I should be above such a thing.  But when the opposition is a bully who has cost others their livelihood, that demands accountability.  It isn't the first time I've done such a thing.

You would think that in accusing someone of bigotry and racism, that there would be preserved some substantiating evidence.  In the form of screenshots of the offending language, of emails, whatever documentation is needed.

A short while ago however, Heggie admitted that no such evidence exists.  He pursued two individuals that he did not like, got them fired, and did not keep the records of the exchange between himself and the two alleged offenders.

Who would be so stupid as to not keep the basis of their accusations filed away somewhere, if it came to being in a court of law?

Given how nowadays practically anyone in Britain can lose their job if not be thrown into jail on flimsy evidence that they broke the "hate laws" there, one can easily envision that it would be quite easy for someone as wretched as Connor Heggie to lie and accuse two people of actions that they did not commit.

Heggie has admitted openly many times that he got the two individuals fired.  But he can't prove whatever it was that they said.  He'll call anyone who confronts him with that a liar and a bigot.  But the onus is on him.  He should have maintained records of what these people said.   Heggie did not do that.  He claims that the screenshots were erased during some purging that Facebook did a while back.  As if he doesn't know how to take screenshots and save them locally.  Millions of people do that every day.  Why didn't Heggie?

The onus really is on him in this matter.  The people he got fired from their jobs have claimed that they did nothing wrong, other than rub Heggie the wrong way.

That isn't an act of bigotry.  And neither is merely hating someone.  Hate is an emotion and as long as it's not acted upon, there is nothing to punish a person for.  It might be unethical, it will reflect badly on their character.  But it's not a crime.

Well anyhoo, unlike Heggie I have screenshotted our interactions.  In case there might be legal repercussions.  I'm being very thorough.  I can produce documentation of his admitting that he has no evidence of the alleged "offenses".  All he has is a trail of accusing people he doesn't like of things that they are not and likely never were.

The ball is in his court.  He should answer for what he has done, and threatened to do again, to innocent people.

Update 06/23/2026:  It has come to my attention from a number of sources that SW Geek Hub really is behaving in a manner not unlike that of the Nazis following the passage of the Nuremberg Laws.  Geek Hub has been very busy conspiring with others to destroy the careers of people who disagree with him.  He claims that they are "bigots" and he and his supporters are gleefully proclaiming that such people can't escape the "consequences" of their beliefs.  They have already cost at least two people their jobs and are now working on someone who Geek Hub doesn't like for the simple matter of a choice of word.

This is something straight out of the playbook of the Nazis and too many other oppressive regimes throughout modern human history.

Geek Hub and his followers (I'm pretty sure that it isn't more than ten of them who have been responsible for most of the comments on this post) didn't like it when on "The Intolerance of Tolerance" post I alluded that too much of the Pride movement parallels Nazi Germany, so far as intolerance of "ideological impurity" goes.  What Geek Hub and others are doing ie EXACTLY what the Nazis did in denying jobs to the Jews and other minorities.  That they cannot or will not see that, says a lot about the evilness of their mentality.  No wonder they won't come out of hiding and show themselves.

Hello SW Geek Hub.  Here is something new for you to ponder: "The Intolerance of Tolerance".  Maybe you should quit saying that other people are "bigots" and look at yourself.

It seems, ladies and gentlemen, that your friend and humble narrator has picked up a cyber stalker.

"The SW Geek Hub" is someone on Facebook - who has a woeful case of arrested development it seems - who is obsessed with rooting out what he calls "bigotry".  This meaning that anyone who does not acquiesce and condone the homosexual/lesbian/bisexual "lifestyle" is a bigot to him.

"Bigot" must be the only substantive word that he can use.  He keeps trying to talk to me and "bigot" is the word that most circulates the little dark drain of his disturbed mind.

I know a real bigot when I see one.  And that is most certainly people like "SW Geek Hub".

I have learned a few things about "The SW Geek Hub".  He is in England, in the London vicinity.  He hates people older than he is.  He has visited this blog several times in the past number of days, looking for anything pertaining to homosexuality.  Curious, that.

He is a fascist wannabe who is afraid to step out of line.  Maybe that explains why he is too intimidated to do anything about the country he lives in.  England is a place whose people are fast losing their rights of free speech and religion and the right to defend themselves.  The recent Henry Nowak case demonstrates that the people of  Britain are now at the mercy of a government that places their best interests behind those of invading "migrants".

"The SW Geek Hub" is losing his country but he won't do anything about it.  "I know my place guvnah!" he practically tells us.

"The SW Geek Hub" is also deathly afraid of showing his real name and his face.

He is a hit and run stalker.  He'll pop up, make his accusation of "bigotry", then refuse to be an adult and show the world who he really is.  Funny, that, considering that the vast majority of people on Facebook do show their names and faces.  I mean, it's in the name of the site: Facebook.

I doubt that "The SW Geek Hub" is very much a real Star Wars fan.  Finding and posting Star Wars memes is the limit of his activity.  He certainly can't discuss the saga to any great length.  Neither does he, I suspect, have anything like the experiences some of us have.  I've met a lot of people associated with the saga, including many actors and actresses from the original and prequel trilogies.  I've engaged in conversation with individuals like the conceptual artists who created the look of the Star Wars movies.  I even made a film that was watched by the people at Lucasfilm.

"SW Geek Hub" is nothing more than a glorified Reddit user.  A legend in his own mind.

He has no actual life, other than associating with some other lonesome souls down at the pub on trivia nights.  I suspect he will someday die, bitter and alone, with nobody remembering who he was other than some vague memory of a childish man who cried "bigot!" at anyone who dared hold a differing belief than what few he himself might have had.  He has no real family or friends.

Now you know what I know.  That there is a very deranged individual on the Internet who refuses to behave like a civilized adult and has for whatever reason chosen to follow me around like a child fixated on a shiny toy.

Come on, SW Geek Hub.  I'm calling you out.  Show us who you really are.  You seem hellbent on stalking me.  Here I am.

Stop being a coward and tell us who you are.

Edit 06/13/2026: Since first posting this some information has come into my awareness.  It seems that SW Geek Hub has quite a history of attacking people he doesn't like and declaring them to be bigots.  He's done it a LOT.  I'm far from the only one he has branded a bigot.  And in at least one case he threatened to "dox" someone who dared oppose his ideology.

So my estimation that he would cause harm to others if given the opportunity is a valid one.

When a California woman recently gave birth to a healthy baby just two days after learning she was pregnant, the sudden change to her life was challenging enough. What April Branum definitely didn't need was a deluge of nasty Internet comments.

Postings on message boards made cracks about Branum's weight (about 400 pounds — one reason she says didn't realize sooner she was pregnant). They also analyzed her housekeeping ability, based on a photo of her home.

And they called her names. "A pig is a pig," one person wrote. Another suggested that she "go on the show 'The Biggest Loser.'"

"The thing that bothered me most was, people assumed because I am overweight, I'm going to be a bad mom," Branum says. "And that is not one little bit true."

It was yet another example of how the Internet — and the anonymity it affords — has given a public stage to people's basest thoughts, ones that in earlier eras likely never would have traveled past the watercooler, the kitchen table or the next barstool.

Such incidents — and there are countless across cyberspace — also raise the question: Is there anything to be done about it? Or is a decline in civil discourse simply the price that we pay for the advance of technology?

"The Internet really amplifies everything," says Jeffrey Cole, of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California. "We have a lot of opinions out there. All of a sudden there's a place we can go to share them." Add to that the freedom that anonymity provides, he says, and it "can lead to a rowdy Wild West situation, with no one to filter it."

"It's all things said reflexively, without thinking," says Cole, who tracks the political and social impact of the Internet as director of Annenberg's Center for the Digital Future.

"My guess is that if you went back to these people, a lot of them would have second thoughts."

And if you asked them to add their name, as in a traditional letter to the editor? "They’d be embarrassed..."

I can vouch for how true this is: as both the recipient of anonymous attacks, and being one who has sadly let the safety of being behind the keyboard get the best of the better angels of my nature.

Over the years, I've done any number of things that seemingly never fail to beckon losers who apparently have nothing better to do than insult others. My little "stunt" when I proposed to Lisa was one of them. So was that first commercial from my school board campaign. There's a reason why the commercial's page on YouTube is set to where comments are posted only after I approve them: it's the only way I can keep the profanity off the page. Bunches of twerps have tried to post something to the effect of "you f---ing idiot". And when Forcery was released... well, let's just say that "Marty Broxterman" showed me a whole new level of nastiness that comes with (a) being a legend in one's own mind and (b) lacking self-discipline over one's carnal nature.

Like I said though, I'm not entirely innocent when it comes to "posting nicely". I've written things on the 'net that I'm not too especially proud of when I look back on them. But every time, I did have the guts to make it so that what I wrote could be attributed to me one way or another. That's the way I've always operated: when it comes to writing, I can't remember a time when I was at all completely anonymous. Want to see me at some of my worst? Go to Free Republic or Liberty Post and search for posts by "Darth Sidious".

That's the biggest reason why I quit doing the "political message boards" thing: those places make it way too easy for you to say something that you'll regret later. I decided the best thing to do would be to give it up entirely.

But anyway, back to people who thrive on being anonymous insulters...

When I did my "proposal thing", it was something of a shock to see some of the nastiness that it evoked. But I was wise enough to expect it when I started posting my campaign commercials. I knew the savagery would be coming, even when I was putting the commercial together... and I did it anyway.

Wanna know what I think about people who hide behind the Internet's anonymity when they attack others? I think they're a waste of humanity. And I'm absolutely serious about that.

People like me - the ones who are writing things and producing videos and making music and all of this other stuff - we're the ones who are producing things. We're engaged in creating new and different things. People like us are the ones who are following a different drummer. Hurting other people is not on our agenda. The goal of achieving "fame" or "money" or "power" doesn't appeal to us. For me and, I like to think plenty enough other people, we're just trying to find and fulfill our purpose, however best we can. Insulting other people, even anonymously, doesn't figure into our equations at all.

But then there are those who have embraced the American culture of Schadenfreude. The ones who are not happy unless they are lashing out at someone that they don't even know. They're only hurling their insults because they really are too scared to put a face and a name to their words. But do you know why they do it in the first place?

It's because they won't do anything productive of their own, because they're either too timid or too lazy to commit to doing it. And they are too jealous of those who are brave enough to put themselves on the front line. Their fear and jealousy are too much to bear, and so they deal with their frustration the only way they know how: by viciously attacking those that they resent.

I don't let them get to me. Because if I afford them that, then that is time and energy that I would spend feeling bitter about it, that would be better used on more productive things... like writing a book or making more films. Which is going to infuriate these losers even more when I've shown that I can still produce something and they have... well, nothing at all to show for their nastiness.

Hey, I made a commercial that put my name and photo in The New York Times. Is even one of the bozos who've tried to insult me able to boast of doing that?

I'll make it short and sweet: my campaign commercial is going to be watched and enjoyed twenty years from now... long after the twerps who keep trying to post "F--- YOU!" to it are completely forgotten. I doubt they'll have made anything by then with the staying power of the Death Star blowing up a schoolhouse.
