"We're fine. We're all here, fine. How are you?"

Something screwy is amiss with this blog on the technical backside of things. It looked fine yesterday (so far as I can tell) but in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, stuff is missing.

If this place looks more whacked than usual, it's prolly just me monkeying around behind the scenes trying to get it all fixed :-)

Only problem I have, Chris, is your Knight Shift banner not loading at the top of the page. Other than that, everything seems fine to me.

"Uh, uh... negative, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak, very dangerous.

"Boring conversation anyway."

This is why smart people spend their money on the computers that run Safari as their browser. The blog's looked fine on Safari.

;)

I have *no* idea why the banner isn't loading. Everything was going fine until yesterday or so, and then like Keyser Soze, "poof, it's gone".

This has completely stymied my efforts. But as my fifth grade teacher was fond of putting it: "Think of it as a CHALLENGE!" :-P

Everything looks great in Chrome...

This is why I try not to use IE for my main surfing...

The banner reappeared without me doing ANYTHING to it (the template was the same code that I had been using for the past few days). But in IE when I viewed the page, all the articles were centered, and I couldn't find ANYTHING that I could see would be causing that.

So I reverted to the template that it was using a few days ago before I installed the Watchmen movie countdown thingy, and now everything is peachy.

Besides, this blog can do without the Watchmen countdown. EVERYONE knows already how much I'm looking forward to it :-)

Even though I won't be able to go see Watchmen, I can't wait to see the new trailer for JJ's Star Trek the Monday it comes online after it premieres with Watchmen.
